Split the Work/Life Balance Properly
Something common with most German companies is that they ban work emails out of office hours unless there is an emergency. It is not just simply about banning emails, but you need to create a work culture that embraces the work/life balance. You may, for instance, wish to start the day on a positive note with some exercise. You may not agree, but if you put yourself first in the workplace, it does not only benefit everyone health wise, but their productivity drastically increases.
